Swedish massage

Swedish massage is light to medium touch. Relieve stress, tension and tight muscles. Great for headaches, muscle spasms and soreness.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a deeper pressure. This is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is in the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia ( the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

If your skin has become rough and has darkened due to pollution or exposure to dust, you can use a body scrub to remove the rough skin layer leaving you with a soft and supple skin. Your skin will glow for days!

Paraffin Wax Treatment
